Membership fees
CAAS Membership covers a period of one year starting from April 1st to March 31st.
Memberships paid after September 1st are considered for the following membership cycle starting April 1st the following year and give the right to participate in the upcoming conference. (conference fee is applicable)

The Membership fee is not refundable in any circumstance.
Conference Cancellation Policy
If a registrant is unable to attend the conference in-person or virtually, the following cancellation policy will be applied:
Failed visa application
- Cancellations from participants made after a failed visa application will be refunded to the registrants if virtual attendance is available and they don’t want to attend virtually.
- Cancellations made after a failed visa application will be refunded if CAAS is notified in writing (email: caasacea@caas-acea.org) at least 10 days before the date of the conference.
Virtual conference
- Cancellations for virtual conference registrants will be refunded only if CAAS is notified in writing (email: caasacea@caas-acea.org) at least 10 days before the date of the conference.
Refunds will be made in the following ways:
- For payments received by PayPal, the same PayPal account will be refunded.
- If a bank transfer is needed for the refund, it will be made to the payee nominated account.
Important: Any charges related to a refund process will be drawn on the registrant’s account.
